Job Description
- Position Title: Compensation & Benefits Analyst
- Reports to: C&B Consultant
- Under close supervision, provides analytical support for the administration of compensation and benefits programs to diverse clients including but not limited to job evaluation, salary structure development, salary planning, customized C&B plans, and group benefits.
- Basic knowledge of the principles and practices of the compensation and benefits specialties.
- Assist C&B consultants in preparing customized reports for review and consideration.
- Assist in analysis and research regarding job evaluation, applies consistent application of latest job evaluation tools.
- Implement recommendations and support the clients on the full spectrum of related activities of C&B design and development.
- Liaise with external vendors and assist in performing compensation analysis to determine if current C&B policies of clients are at par with the Market
- Assist in formulating different benefits philosophies for clients and capture benefits trends prevailing in market.
- Assist in formulation and implementation of various Rewards policies.
- Assist in design and implementation of various benefits programs to meet the needs of client’s diverse workforce across all regions globally.
- This position will be very project-focused and collaborative, with the lead consultants, to implement policies and procedures related to compensation & benefits.

- External: Vendors, Clients
- The job holder operates under the general guidance of C&B Consultant.
- Well defined with laid down delegation of authority matrices.
- Graduate from a prestigious educational institutes, likes of LSR, SRCC, DSE with the knowledge of latest HR analytical tools.
- Sound understanding on HR processes, workflows, vendor client interactions.
- English reading, writing, comprehension of a high order.
- High order of information processing and analytical skills.
- Strong PPT skills and MS Excel knowledge
