Job Description

Designation: Compliance Executive

Location: Ghansoli

Roles & Responsibilities:

Registration, amendment & renewal of commercial establishment under Shops & Establishment Act, Contract Labour Act at PAN India Level.

PF ESIC registration of new employees.

Responsible for Governance of statutory compliances as per Factories act, Contact Labour act, EPF act, Employees Compensation Act, Payment of Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act etc.

Co-ordination for the compliances as per client wise and region wise on monthly basis

Handling queries related to PF & ESIC of existing employees

Conducts regular assessments to determine whether policies are compliant with the law.

Acts as contact person and liaison between department heads and senior management.
