Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Advising clients in the areas relating to company registration, GST registrations, tax services, corporate filings, etc.
2. Working on client handling across the globe and able to close the loop
3. Engaging with the clients on multiple communications channels and being one point of contact for any quires
4. Converting prospective leads into sales and exploring opportunities for up-selling and cross-sales
5. Developing contacts and building good business relations with clients
6. Ensuring minimum refunds and maximum positive feedbacks

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 16th Mar'22 and 20th Apr'22
3. are available for duration of 6 months

Other requirements
1. Qualified/ Semi-qualified CS/CA or Law graduates only
2. Must have strong background/knowledge of Company Law, Legal Compliances, Statutory Compliance & Corporate Law
3. Must have the proven ability to translate the client need(s) into solution requirements through creating powerful value propositions
4. Strong convincing and negotiation skills is must
5. Sound communication skills - oral, written & mail communication plus excellent proficiency
