- Proficiency in use of measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and material test equipment.
- Ability to read and prepare detailed manufacturing drawings.
- Strong understanding of fits and tolerances.

- Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
- 1-3 years of experience in inspection of plastic or rubber components
- Must be located in commutable distance to Bommasandra Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in inspection of plastic and rubber parts using Verniers and Micrometers.
- Experience in reading and preparing Manufacturing drawings
- Earlier experience in the fluid sealing industry.
- Comfortable commuting to the job's location.
Required Skills:

Strong understanding of mechanical/electronic components, BOMs, and quality standards

Proficiency in using measuring instruments, inspection tools, and quality control systems

Working knowledge of GD&T, PCB/component testing, IPC standards (preferred)

Familiarity with quality tools like 5 Whys, 8D, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA

Basic knowledge of ERP or QMS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is an advantage

Good communication, documentation, and report-writing skills
