Job Overview
We are seeking a Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing - CATI Survey Caller to conduct structured telephonic surveys, collect accurate data, and ensure high-quality responses. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in telecalling or survey collection.
- You will be doing tele Calling for Survey filling - you will require to call the and recruit the participants to fill survey forms for various market research studies & projects
- Need individuals with soft skills like polite & understanding behaviour, quick to resolve queries and issues, able to handle participants queries
- Ability to Read & write English (Good Level) is a must and basic English speaking is doable
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel is a must
- Any BPO experience is a plus point
- This role could open your way in Market research Industry - will help you understand how the ground level of Quantitative research works
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct Telephonic Surveys
- Make outbound calls to respondents based on the given contact list.
- Follow pre-scripted survey questions and record responses accurately.
- Ensure respondents fully understand the questions before answering.
2. Data Collection & Accuracy
- Enter survey responses into the system with 100% accuracy.
- Verify information provided by respondents to ensure data quality.
- Identify incomplete or unclear answers and seek clarification.
3. Customer Interaction & Engagement
- Maintain a polite and professional tone throughout the call.
- Encourage participation while handling any objections or refusals.
- Ensure a positive respondent experience and adherence to survey ethics.
4. Reporting & Compliance
- Follow company guidelines for data privacy and confidentiality.
- Submit daily/weekly survey completion reports to the supervisor.
- Adhere to call scripts, quality standards, and time targets.
