Job Overview:
We are looking for a Computer cum Data Entry Operator to handle data entry tasks, maintain records, and assist with administrative duties. The ideal candidate should have good typing speed, basic computer knowledge, and attention to detail.
- Compare data with the source documents, apart from re-entering data in the verification format, in order to detect errors.
- Compile, sort as well as verify the accuracy of the data before entry is done.
- Maintain the logbooks of activities along with completed work.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking the output.
Required Skills:
- Experience with MS Office and data programs
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain data in computer systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain records, files, and digital documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other office documents.
- Handle basic clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure data confidentiality and comply with company policies.
- Use MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Sheets, and other relevant software.
