Job Description

Follow quality control system, computer controlled contour operating

Ensure adherence to guidelines, Supervise operators, Inspect product quality and keep records, prepare pdi, keep quality records.

Responsibilities of ensuring products predefined quality standards. inspecting, testing, and measuring materials, products to identify defects and ensure compliance with specifications. Recommending process improvements, and maintaining record

Key Responsibilities:

1. Computer & Documentation Tasks:

Enter and maintain data related to production, inspection, and inventory in Excel or ERP systems.
Generate reports related to quality checks, material usage, and inspection outcomes.
Maintain digital and physical records of inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance data.
Assist in creating and updating quality documents such as SOPs, checklists, and logbooks.

2. Quality Inspection & Control:

Assist the quality team in conducting in-process and final inspections of products.
Check product quality based on predefined standards, measurements, and specifications.
Identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities and report them to the quality supervisor.
Monitor and ensure that the materials and products meet company and customer requirements.

3. Coordination & Reporting:

Coordinate with production, store, and quality departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality performance and rejection reports.
Support audits by providing requested documents and records to internal or external auditors.

4. General Administrative Support:

Help manage emails, correspondence, and communication with vendors or internal departments.
Assist in tracking quality-related KPIs and maintaining documentation for ISO, GMP, or other compliance standards (if applicable).
Maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials, especially for traceability in case of defects.
