Job Description
Monitoring and maintaining computer kiosk systems and networks in a technical support role. Tasks will include installing and configuring kiosk systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solving technical problems, either over the phone, through local contact or face to face. should know knowledge of remote desktop, windows 7, 8, 10 and basic desktop support issues.
Knowledge of DNS, TCPIP, and other networking concepts, Knowledge of Linux will be an added advantage.
