Key Accountabilities:
- Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations. .
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
- Keeping all the software up to date and inform the management if any changes required.
· Should have a technical education background
· Clear and concise style of verbal and written communications
· Good Team player Qualities
Job Specific Knowledge & Skills:· Should have good knowledge and experience of troubleshooting of Windows 10, Peripherals,
· Antivirus Server and Backups
· Good knowledge of Network troubleshooting.
· Added knowledge of Server Installation of 2012 and above OS, Forewalls will be favoured
