ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:-
Roles:

Provide effective communications including written, oral and presentation
Troubleshoot technology faults across a broad group of technologies quickly targeting faults
Adapt to and learn new technologies quickly through self-study, peer and formal training
Create and implement operational procedures
Proactive/reactive monitoring using tools
Worked in ticketing tools such as Fresh service / jitbit
Dedication to seeing work delivered accurately and within SLA time frames
Work closely with teammates to ensure procedures and escalation processes are followed & communication occurs
Partner with other front line support teams as needed to validate issues and resolutions
Engage with vendors such as Telcos, hardware and software providers Responsibilities:
Respond to events presented by network management tools or reported incidents using documented procedures, personal experience and direction from senior staff or leadership
