Ø To manage the overall business and administrative aspects of operations of the Branch.
Ø Approving gold loan above 80% of given target.
Ø Strictly implement the policies and instructions of the company.
Ø To see customer satisfaction and mitigate their queries, grievances if any.
Ø Timely submission of Reports.
Ø To see proper security arrangements including attendance of security guards, functioning of devises.
Ø Arrangement adequate cash and depositing surplus in the designated bank account.
Ø To manage the overall business and administrative aspects of the FMCG.
Ø Timely submission Reports of FMCG.
