Computer Operartor Job in Maliyan Jan Seva Kendra at Chakrata, Dehradun

We are looking for a reliable, tech-savvy, and community-focused Computer Operator to manage daily citizen and business services at Maliyan Jan Seva Kendra. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for local residents, assisting them with government-to-citizen (G2C) schemes, online applications, banking services, and digital utility payments.

• Government & Citizen Services: Apply for and update documents on state and central portals, including:

  • PAN card applications and corrections (following strict document proof guidelines)

  • Aadhaar/Voter ID/Ration Card assistance

  • Uttarakhand state certificates (Income, Caste, Domicile / Aay, Jaati, Nivaas)

  • Welfare portal registrations (PM-Kisan, E-Shram, Social Welfare Pensions)

• Online Forms & Admissions: Fill out online entrance exam forms, recruitment applications, and regional admission forms (such as RTE).

• Banking & Financial Transactions: Operate AePS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System), Micro-ATM cash withdrawals, domestic money transfers, and bill/EMI payments.

• Travel & Business Registrations: Assist walk-in customers with IRCTC train, bus, and flight bookings, as well as basic MSME/Udyam business registrations.

• Hardware & Office Operations: Handle scanning, photo resizing, multi-page printing, laminations, and basic photocopy maintenance.

• Customer Interaction: Greet local residents politely, explain documentation requirements clearly in Hindi, and maintain proper record-keeping of daily transactions and citizen files.
