Location: Karol Bagh, Delhi
Job Type: Full-Time 11.00 am to 7.30 pm

Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting and Bookkeeping
-
Maintain day-to-day accounts using accounting software such as Tally, Busy, Zoho Books, or equivalent.
-
Record financial transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
-
Maintain accurate ledgers and trial balances.
-
Assist in preparing balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and other periodic financial reports.
2. GST and TDS Compliance
-
Prepare and maintain records for GST input/output and TDS deductions.
-
Assist in filing monthly and quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS returns.
-
Ensure all tax-related documentation is maintained properly for audit and compliance purposes.
3. Invoice and Payment Management
-
Generate sales invoices and credit notes accurately and share them with clients in a timely manner.
-
Match purchase bills with orders and ensure proper accounting.
-
Assist in payment processing to vendors and follow-up on receivables from customers.

Maintain petty cash transactions and prepare reimbursement statements.
4. Bank Reconciliation and Financial Support
-
Prepare and reconcile monthly bank statements and compare them with ledger entries.

Track and maintain records of cheques, NEFT/RTGS transfers, and other transactions.

Monitor cash flow and report irregularities to management.
5. Computer Operation and Data Entry
-
Enter and update data in accounting software and Excel sheets accurately.

Maintain digital files, inventory records, and customer databases.
-
Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports using computer tools.

Handle email correspondence and document formatting when required.
6. Administrative and Clerical Support
-
Print, scan, copy, and file accounting documents and vouchers as needed.
-
Maintain physical and digital filing systems in an organized manner.
-
Support the office team with Excel reports, letter drafting, or other clerical tasks.
-
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, or clients for document submission and collection.
