Role - Computer operator

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and operate computer systems and networks.

  • Perform data entry and maintain digital records.

  • Handle printing, scanning, and document management tasks.

  • Ensure timely backup of data and files.

  • Maintain system logs and operational reports.

  • Troubleshoot minor hardware and software issues.

  • Coordinate with IT staff for technical support when needed.

  • Maintain confidentiality of company information.

  • Check system performance and report errors or failures.

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
