Job Description
Maroo Warehousing is hiring a Computer Operator (Billing) in Indore!
We're looking for someone to manage billing using SAF software and communicate with dealers. This is a full-time, office-based position (no hybrid/remote).
Requirements:

Minimum education: 12th pass

Basic computer skills

Good communication to interact with dealers

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Must be based in Indore or ready to relocate
Salary: ₹8,000 - ₹12,000 per month (depending on experience).
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Billing & Invoicing
-
Generate and process invoices, receipts, and payment records.
-
Ensure timely and accurate billing for products/services.
-
Verify and update pricing, taxes (GST, VAT), and discounts in invoices.

Maintain and update billing software, ledgers, and accounts.
2️⃣ Data Entry & Record Keeping
-
Input billing details into Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or custom ERP systems.

Ensure accuracy and consistency in data entry.

Maintain digital and physical copies of all billing-related documents.
3️⃣ Payment Tracking & Follow-ups
-
Track outstanding payments and pending invoices.

Follow up with customers for due payments via calls or emails.

Maintain records of received and pending payments.

Assist the finance team in cash flow management and reconciliation.
4️⃣ Customer & Vendor Coordination
-
Handle billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies.

Provide invoices and payment details to clients and vendors as required.

Coordinate with the accounts and sales team for billing-related queries.
5️⃣ Report Generation & Compliance

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.

Assist in tax calculations (GST, VAT, TDS) and compliance requirements.

Ensure that all billing procedures follow company policies and legal requirements.
