Computer Operator - Crypto Trading Support Jobs Opening in K group at Delhi
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Crypto Trading Support:
-
Assist the trading team by monitoring crypto market activity and price movements during the U.S. trading window.

Support internal tools and dashboards that track live trades, orders, and transactions.

Record and update trading data, P&L reports, and wallet balances in spreadsheets or backend systems.
2. Data Entry and Account Management:
-
Maintain and update user/customer accounts in internal CRM or database systems.
-
Enter accurate transaction details, wallet addresses, and investment records.
-
Cross-check and verify KYC/AML data as part of onboarding procedures (under supervision).
3. Technical and Admin Support:
-
Monitor system alerts, connectivity issues, and flag any technical errors to the development or operations team.

Perform routine tasks such as backing up data, running reports, and ensuring timely data updates.

Assist with reporting and document preparation for audits or compliance purposes.
4. Customer and Team Coordination:
-
Provide basic customer support assistance via email or internal ticketing platforms (no direct sales or phone support).
-
Notify the team of any suspicious or unusual account behavior.
-
Coordinate task updates with the U.S. team during and after the shift via email, Slack, or other communication tools.
5. General Operational Support:
-
Run pre-defined checklists and maintain logbooks for system status, completed tasks, or pending items.

Ensure security and confidentiality of sensitive trading and client data.

Follow operational SOPs strictly, especially when dealing with wallets, blockchain tools, or internal exchanges.
Key Skills:
-
Strong computer literacy (Windows OS, MS Excel, Google Sheets, basic troubleshooting)
-
Comfortable using web dashboards, trading platforms, and crypto tools (Binance, CoinMarketCap, etc.)

Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently with minimal errors

Basic understanding of cryptocurrencies, trading terms, and blockchain concepts
-
Good written English communication (for reporting and email updates)

Ability to work independently during night hours with minimal supervision
