Job Description

Computer Operator cum biller (Asst. Store Inventory Management) – Male OR Female: He / She is the responsible to maintain the store Stock inventory management with physical and our software - in safe manner.

He / She is responsible to take care of receiving product with inspection of all products date of manufacture, date of expiry, supplier invoice particulars, products quantity and product pack quality.

He / She must verify and data entry in system / coordinate / execute the inward materials for Store from somewhere (our Supplier / Warehouse). Responsible to verify the products date of expiry at store rack.

He / She must coordinate with WH Manager / Admin to store required products and return products.

He / She is back up role for counter sales with cashier.

He / She must coordinate with warehouse in charge to order the materials to receive store products.

He / She must report to Admin.

Eligible:

* Any Degree.

* Computer Knowledge

* MS Office – Basic (especially MS Excel knowledge)

Working Time: 09:00 am to 08:00 pm with lunch break - for General Shift and Training period. 08:00am to 07:00 pm with Lunch break - for First shift (Morning Shift) 10:00pm to 09:00 pm with Lunch break - for second shift (Evening Shift)

Salary Range: Rs. 9,000 to 13,000

Vacancy: 2 nos.

He / She has the paid holiday (02 days / Month) and limited public holiday, as per company declaration.

General Terms & Condition for all position:

1. 3-months’ Probation Period. Job Confirmation will be after the probation period. Permanent order will be after 1 years of Job Confirmation order.

2. This position is long term and permanent (Not a Short-Term Job).

3. All candidates are needed to work at the company minimum of 2 years.

4. Salary monthly and credited to your bank account.

5. Outside of Namakkal Candidate: Providing Free Accommodation and Food OR Food Allowances by Company.

6. All employees are getting Bonus (every year) and Over Time, Incentives, Allowances are monthly.

7. ESI / PF deduction will be after appointment in Permanent Staff.

8. Candidates need to submit the highest educational qualification original certificate to GSM.
