We are seeking for a BJP Vidhansabha DEO for Ahmedabad Location.

Responsibilities:

• Proficient typing and transcription in Gujarati & English.

• Communication Skill (written and verbal)

• Client service skills.

• Accuracy and attention to detail.

• Must having knowledge of Gujarati letterhead.

• Having knowledge of advance excel.

• Multi-tasking.
Shift - Day
Salary - 12k To 20k
Experience - Min 1 Year
Work location - Shahibaug Vidhansabha Office.

Other responsibilities:

Compare data with the source documents, apart from re-entering data in the verification format, in order to detect errors.
Compile, sort as well as verify the accuracy of the data before entry is done.
Maintain the logbooks of activities along with completed work.
Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking the output.

Required Skills:

Experience with MS Office and data programs
Typing speed and accuracy
Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
