Skills Required:
- Good in understanding English language
- Understanding of computer skill using keyboard and mouse with basic internet knowledge
- Good typing skill
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry & Management:

Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer databases, files, and forms.

Verify accuracy and completeness of data before entry.

Update and maintain information on computer systems and in archives.
2. Document Handling:
-
Review and cross-check documents and forms for any errors or missing information.

Scan and organize documents for digital storage.

Print and file records as needed.
3. System Operations:
-
Operate computer systems, software, and peripheral devices such as printers and scanners.

Generate daily/weekly reports as required by management.

Maintain backups of important files and documents.
4. Data Quality & Accuracy:

Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Make corrections where necessary and report discrepancies to supervisors.

Ensure all data handling is in compliance with company policies and data protection standards.
5. Administrative Support:
-
Assist other departments with data retrieval and reporting.
-
Support clerical and administrative tasks such as preparing reports, memos, and spreadsheets.

Maintain proper logs and records of completed work.
