Job Description

Data entry in Busy Software and MS Excel, company based in wholesale pet products and other trade items from Burrabazar, Kolkata. Main knowledge of fast data entry for pharma, food and other accessories .Office timings 10 AM to 8 PM with flexibility.

Overview:

A Computer Operator – Data Entry is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company records using Busy Software and MS Excel. The role requires fast and precise data entry skills, particularly in the wholesale pet products, pharma, food, and accessories sectors. The ideal candidate should have experience handling invoices, stock updates, and financial records efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry & Record Maintenance:

Enter sales, purchase, and inventory data into Busy Software and MS Excel.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices, billing, and stock.
Ensure correct product descriptions, pricing, and quantity details.

2. Inventory & Stock Management:

Update stock levels and track product movements.
Reconcile stock records to prevent discrepancies.
Assist in generating stock reports for management.

3. Sales & Purchase Entry:

Process purchase orders, supplier invoices, and payment details.
Enter customer sales details, including wholesale transactions.
Maintain GST and tax-related data for compliance.

4. Reporting & Analysis:

Generate Excel reports for sales, inventory, and financial data.
Sort, filter, and analyze data for decision-making.
Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial summaries.

5. Other Office & Administrative Tasks:

Handle basic office documentation and filing.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for order processing.
Assist with periodic audits and report verification.
