Job Description

This is an office work in which software entry and online site data entry, file preparation, other all document verify and all work.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Computer Operator to handle data entry, online site updates, file preparation, and document verification. The ideal candidate should be proficient in office software, have good typing speed, and ensure accuracy in data processing.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & File Management

Enter data into software applications and online portals with accuracy.
Maintain and update records in MS Excel, Word, and other databases.
Prepare, format, and manage official documents and reports.
Verify and cross-check entered data for errors and completeness.

Online & Software-Based Work

Upload, edit, and manage data on company websites and portals.
Handle email communication and document sharing via cloud platforms.
Work with ERP, CRM, or other office software as required.
Manage digital files, records, and backup systems.

Document Verification & Office Support

Verify company documents, invoices, and official records.
Assist in printing, scanning, and organizing paperwork.
Coordinate with departments for data-related tasks and updates.
Ensure data confidentiality and security.

Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry software.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Knowledge of online data management and official documentation.
