Job Description

Skills Required: Looking for candidates with attention to detail, proficiency in using scanning equipment and software, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Experience: Prior experience in document scanning or data entry is beneficial, but training can also be provided for the right candidate.

Requirements:

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Proven experience in Document scanning is must.

Proficient in Microsoft word, excel and power point.

Knowledge of modern operating systems, Enterprise, networking, and Office software.

Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.

Good interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in high-pressure situations.

Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.

Verify and log receipt of data.

Transcribes source data into the required electronic format.

Transfers information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.
