Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle customer enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare expense reports and process invoices.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned.
- Enter and update data into databases with high accuracy
- Ensure data integrity and perform regular data backups
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in usage of Computers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
