Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart and efficient Computer Operator who can perform a variety of tasks including basic office operations, video editing, social media account management, and billing using simple computer software. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on computers, have basic knowledge of software and internet tools, and be fluent in English (speaking and writing).
This is a multi-tasking role suitable for someone who is eager to work in a fast-paced digital and administrative environment. If you are tech-savvy, creative, and have good communication skills, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Basic Computer Operations

Use office tools such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Docs to prepare letters, reports, and records

Perform daily data entry tasks and maintain digital files and folders in an organized manner

Manage official email correspondence as required

Monitor printers, scanners, and other office hardware for smooth operations
2. Video Editing
-
Edit short videos for social media and promotional use using basic tools like Filmora, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or mobile apps
-
Trim clips, add text, effects, music, or logos to make videos ready for upload
-
Maintain a library of edited videos and raw footage for future use
-
Coordinate with content creators or management for video requirements and deadlines
3. Social Media Management

Post content (text, image, video) on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
-
Create engaging posts using tools like Canva or use templates provided by the team
-
Respond to basic messages and comments from customers or followers
-
Monitor likes, shares, and basic engagement and report weekly performance
-
Ensure timely and consistent posting based on a content calendar
4. Billing & Invoicing
-
Generate customer bills or invoices using billing software or Excel templates
-
Maintain accurate billing records and receipts
-
Send invoices to clients through email or WhatsApp
-
Coordinate with the accounts or admin team regarding payment tracking
5. Communication & Coordination
-
Communicate in English with clients or vendors via email, phone, or in-person when required
-
Assist in daily office operations and support other team members with digital work
-
Coordinate basic customer support via phone or social media messages
Required Skills:
Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of computers and internet use
-
Familiarity with video editing tools like Filmora, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere (even beginner level)

Basic social media handling (posting, editing, caption writing)

Knowledge of Excel and simple billing/invoicing formats

Ability to use Canva or similar design tools is a plus

Good spoken and written English is mandatory
