Job Description

Job Title: Computer Operator

Location: Jaipur

Experience: Fresher or 1 Year

Qualification: Graduates

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Computer Operator. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in computer systems, good communication skills, and the ability to handle operational tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage computer systems and networks to ensure smooth operations.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolutions.
Assist in maintaining and updating system documentation and reports.
Perform routine system checks and ensure data backups are completed.
Coordinate with the IT team for system upgrades and maintenance.
Provide technical support to end-users and resolve their queries.

Requirements:

Graduates
Freshers are welcome; 1 year of experience in a similar role is a plus.
Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking.
MS Office
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Decent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.

Working Hours: Full-time, 9 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Friday)
