Job Description
Position Summary
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Computer Operator with hands-on experience and working knowledge of SAP software to support the day-to-day operations of our Pharma Clearing and Forwarding (CNF) division. The successful candidate will be responsible for data entry, document processing, and assisting various departments in managing logistics, inventory, and shipment data through SAP.
Key Responsibilities
1. SAP Data Management and Operations

Operate SAP software to enter, update, and maintain data related to inventory, shipment, orders, and billing.

Monitor and process purchase orders, goods receipts, dispatch records, and delivery challans within SAP.

Generate reports and documentation from SAP for internal use and client communication.

Support the tracking of shipments, customs clearance, and inventory levels using SAP modules.
2. Document Handling and Coordination

Prepare and process digital and physical documents related to clearing and forwarding such as invoices, bills of lading, delivery notes, and customs paperwork.

Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, warehouse, finance) to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.

Maintain digital records and filing systems for easy retrieval and audit compliance.
3. System Maintenance and Troubleshooting

Ensure data integrity by regularly verifying information entered into SAP.

Identify and report system issues or inconsistencies to IT or SAP support teams.

Assist users with basic SAP navigation and data entry procedures as required.
4. Communication and Support

Liaise with suppliers, transporters, customs agents, and clients to confirm shipment details and resolve queries.

Assist in generating shipment schedules, tracking reports, and inventory summaries.

Provide timely support to the operations team by managing computer-based tasks efficiently.
Preferred Skills and Attributes

Attention to detail with excellent data accuracy skills.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Good communication skills (both written and verbal).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with pharma supply chain operations and CNF documentation is a plus.

Basic troubleshooting skills for SAP and general IT support.
