ZAGA Infotech Institute is seeking a passionate and experienced Software Development Trainer to join our team. We are a leading software training institute committed to providing high-quality, industry-relevant education. As a trainer, you will be instrumental in shaping the next generation of tech professionals by delivering hands-on, practical training in a corporate-style environment.
This position is available for both part-time and full-time roles. The salary is negotiable, up to ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging and effective training sessions on various programming languages and technologies, including Python, Java, MERN Stack, PHP, Flutter, and more.
Develop and update course materials to ensure the syllabus is aligned with trending industry technologies.
Mentor and guide a small batch of 6-9 students, providing personalized attention and support.
Oversee student projects and provide constructive feedback to help them build a strong portfolio.
Assist in soft skills seminars and career counseling to prepare students for the job market.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the software industry to provide the most relevant training.
Proven industry experience in software development with a deep understanding of core programming concepts.
Expertise in one or more of the following: Full Stack (Python, Java, MERN, PHP), Mobile App Development (Flutter, Android Native), or other relevant technologies.
A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to integrate real-world projects and practical insights into the curriculum.
Prior experience as a trainer or a faculty member is a plus.
