Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a fast and accurate Computer Typist to assist with data entry, document preparation, and digital record-keeping. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing speed, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Typing & Data Entry
- Type documents, reports, and correspondence with speed and accuracy.
- Perform data entry and update records in digital systems.
- Format and proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and clarity.
2. Document & Record Management
- Maintain and organize digital and printed files.
- Convert handwritten or scanned documents into digital text.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
3. Office Support & Coordination
- Assist with printing, scanning, and filing as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to complete documentation tasks.
- Handle basic administrative duties related to document processing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
High School / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Technical & Soft Skills:
✔ Typing speed of at least 40-60 words per minute (WPM).
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) & typing software.
✔ Good command of English & grammar.
✔ Attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.
✔ Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
