Job Description

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on image processing using Python and libraries like OpenCV, SciPy, NumPy, scikit-image, PIL, Matplotlib, seaborn, etc.
2. Engaging in deep learning-based object detection, instance segmentation, and image classification
3. Building, training, and deploying ML/DL models as Flask APIs
4. Working with ML/DL frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch
5. Creating a computer vision-based quality inspection system for agri produce (staple commodities) - involves object detection, classification, counting, size measurement, etc.
6. Building smart forecasting and recommendation engines for B2B e-commerce

Other requirements

1. Prior industry experience is required

2. Strong experience in python and writing modular, fault-tolerant code

4. Command over geometry, statistics, and designing complex algorithms

5. Ability to work and thrive in a startup environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse technologies and techniques

6. Must have curiosity, eagerness, and motivation to be involved in data science and image processing
