We're looking for an ARTIST, not a 'tech'-nician.
What We're NOT Looking For
- If your strength lies in using premium SOFTWARE but not in ideas,
-If your portfolio is built mostly from Pinterest TRENDS,
- If you value aesthetic over MEANING - then this role may not be for you.
Who YOU Are
- You're an ARTIST first, not just a designer.
- You think deeply, and you design with INTENTION.
- You believe fashion can be POETIC - loud without shouting.
What We're Looking For
- A strong sense of ORIGINALITY.
- Ability to create from scratch, even without fancy GEAR.
- You love symbolism, subtlety, and THOUGHTFUL detailing.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling skills.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects preferred).

Hand-drawing or illustration skills are a strong advantage.

Understanding of design theory, grid systems, color psychology, and typography.

Ability to think visually, translate abstract ideas into design, and sketch/visualize on paper or digitally.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask across several projects.

Open-mindedness to feedback and ability to iterate quickly and smartly.

Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently or in a team environment.
