Job Description
Conductor/ No. Of Post: 23 (twenty Three) (2020) subject to variation dependent on work load)
Classification: General Central Services Group ‘C’, Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial
Level in the Pay: Matrix Level-1 (Rs. 18000-56900) in Pay Matrix
Educational and other qualifications required for direct recruit : (i) Secondary School Examination (10th Std.) pass from a recognized Board/ Institution.
(ii) Certificate in Computer Applications.
(iii) Should qualify in the written examination/Screening Test conducted by A&N Administration or any authorized agencies by the A&N Admn.
(iv) Should qualify in the swimming test of a distance of 100mts within 3.00 minutes.
Period of probation, if any: 2 (two) years Successful completion of the training of at least two weeks duration is a pre-requisite for completion of probation period.
Age Limit:18-33 years for male (The upper age-limit is relaxable for departmental candidate upto 40 years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Government).
