Job Description
Designation: Configuration Intern
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Perform operational activities as defined by configuration management policies and procedures
2. Collect and reports metrics as required
3. Identify and reports non-compliance situations
4. Perform configuration management audits as directed
5. Identify service improvement opportunities
6. Resolve any cross-functional (departmental or geographical) issues
7. Sponsor service improvement initiatives
8. Report on the effectiveness of configuration management to senior management
9. Approve and communicate the goals and objectives of the configuration management
Skills Required:
1. Minimum a graduated degree with good communication skills
2. Fair tech experience and MS office suite
3. Understanding of security, risk and compliance frameworks, operating systems, and networking connectivity
4. Understanding of API and Postman tool
