Job Description
v Execution of Piping Fabrication: Oversee fabrication of carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless-steel piping, including erection and pressure testing activities according to project specifications and standards. Demonstrate knowledge of various welding processes used in piping fabrication.
v Review and Check Documentation: Review and check plot plans, equipment layouts, piping layouts, and isometrics (IFC). Evaluate Project Management Specifications (PMS) and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
v Coordinate Engineering and Constructability Issues: Work with engineering teams to address and resolve constructability issues.
v Conduct Construction Progress Meetings: Facilitate daily and weekly meetings to discuss construction progress with consultants and subcontractors.
v Monitor Subcontractor Activities: Track subcontractor construction schedules, resource allocation, and material and equipment need.
v Coordinate Construction Operations and External Interfaces: Manage the impact of construction operations on external interfaces to align with overall project schedules.
v Monitor Installation Compliance: Oversee the installation of materials and equipment to ensure they meet drawings, specifications, vendor requirements, and other standards.
v Plan and Mobilize Resources: Organize and mobilize materials, manpower, and equipment for construction activities.
