Job Description
Consultant Civil Engineer Jobs in Nabakrushna Choudhury Centre for Development Studies purely temporary basis
Qualification : The candidate should hold a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E/B.Tech). The candidates should have adequate knowledge on Road Construction, Bus Terminals, and Swimming Pool Construction.
No. of Post : 01
Period of Assignment : The period of assignment is likely to be one month only.
Remuneration/Honorarium : The candidate will get remuneration/honorarium @ Rs. 3000/- per day during field visit and it is likely to be at least 4 days. Besides this s/he will be paid Rs. 2000/- to Rs. 5000/- on a pro rata basis depending on the engagement, as decided by the authority. S/he will be paid travel and lodging expenses as per DoNER guidelines.

Nabakrushna Choudhury Centre for Development Studies is an inter-disciplinary social science research institute, with three core disciplines, namely Economics, Sociology and Social Anthropology set up by the Government of Odisha in collaboration with the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) under the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. Since its inception, the Centre has been playing a proactive role in promoting multidisciplinary social science research in a relatively less researched state like Odisha and helping the State Government in their plan formulation, designing policy intervention measures, programme evaluations and monitoring.
