Consultant – Community Processes / Comprehensive Primary Healthcare

Qualification :  Possess an MBBS / BDS / AYUSH with a post graduate degree or diploma in Public Health/Epidemiology/IT/Communications  Have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in implementation of health programmes, including community health  Experience in direct implementation of health service delivery programmes through government, NGOs or Regional Resource Centres.  Experience in one or all of the following: documentation, data analysis, and training.  Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical and interpersonal abilities.  Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Remuneration : Between Rs. 44,000/- to Rs. 99,000/- per month

Age Limit :  40 Years

Location : New Delhi with willingness to travel to states and districts

Consultant – Human Resource (HR)

Eligibility :  MBA / Post Graduate Diploma (2 Years) in HR from a recognized university/institution with Minimum 04 years of post qualification work experience in Recruitment & other HR functions.  Working experience in Government / Social Sector is desirable. Knowledge and experience of governmental recruitment, documentation, filing & correspondence process in Human Resource Management will be preferable.  Knowledge of working on automated attendance system / any HRMIS software. Computer proficiency in MS Office – Word/ PowerPoint and advance excel skills.  Excellent verbal & written communication skills.  Ability to complete multiple tasks under pressure and should be a team player.  Formal educational qualification could be relaxed for candidates with longer relevant experience in HR.

Remuneration : Between Rs. 44,000/- to Rs. 99,000/- per month

Finance Manager

Eligibility :  MBA in Finance from a recognized university/institution or qualified C.A. with graduation in commerce. Work experience for minimum seven (7) years of post PG/Masters qualification in the area of maintaining finance systems in health/social sector  Computer proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. Excellent verbal & written communication skills.  Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks under pressure and should be a team leader. Preference will be given to candidates with work experience in NRHM/NHM

Age Limit: 50 years (As on last date of receiving applications)

Remuneration : Between Rs. 99,000/- to Rs. 1,43,000/- per month

Location: New Delhi with willingness to travel on need basis

Consultant, Public Health Planning & Evidence

Qualifications :  A Medical graduate (MBBS) with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Public Health Management/ Preventive & Social Medicine/Community Medicine or Masters in Public health or Community health or B.A.M.S. (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) or BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) or BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Public Health Management/ Preventive & Social Medicine/Community Medicine / Masters in Public health or Community health  At least 3 years post qualification (Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Public Health Management/ Preventive & Social Medicine/Community Medicine/Masters in Public health/Community health) experience in Health Systems Research or in Planning and implementation of service delivery.  Published work in the area of health systems or public health is preferable.  Demonstrated experience in planning and strategy development with policy and / or demonstrated experience in operationalizing health programme at field level / working in strengthening district level health systems.  Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, Power Point; any one computerized accounting package is highly desirable.  Good oral presentation and writing skills.  Demonstrated managerial skills and be able to lead a team
