• Reporting To : Team Lead – Inside Sales
  

Key Responsibilties :

• Engage with customers through email and calls, who need Forex products. 
• Details of those prospective customers would be provided. 
• One just has to connect & take it ahead.
• Understanding the requirement & acting like a consultant to the customers offering them best recommended services and solutions.
• Assist customers seeking foreign exchange/remittances throughout the transaction in coordination with our Vendors/Branches or partnering banks.
• Retaining and renewing customers as well as maximizing the revenue while selling/upselling.
• Driving towards customer delight and ensuring smooth rendering of services.
• Maximizing weekly revenues by overachieving daily targets.
• Maintaining & submitting the sales report on daily basis.
• Maintain latest knowledge of current updates on products.

 KSA’s (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities) Needed :

•  A graduate with 1-3 years of experience in the similar profile with an organization of repute in the financial products/e-commerce domain.
  
• Great interpersonal and customer relationship building skills.
  
• Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
  
• Intelligent, articulate, high-energy, and self-motivated.
  
• Disciplined, enthusiastic, and intent focus on attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work with a fast paced organization.
  
• Good at time management & quick decision making.
