• Industry -Institute Connect Program
  
• Mentoring sessions
  
• E-Commerce Industry Exposure
  
• MCCP completion certificate awarded to champions at the end of their tenure

Program Duration 

• Start from Nov 27th and end at Jan 15 2018

Program Details

• 80 days of extensive training and On the job Experience program
  
• Classroom training.
  
• On the job training along with customer interactions
  
• Customer interactions

Training details for this program 

• 10 days of  training
  

 Work Schedule for this program

• 9 hours shift
  
• 6 day working
  
• Shift and week off decided by Managers.

Stipend And Benefits

• 14000 Rs to 18000 Rs (based on the team they are selected)

• Cumulative variable pay will have a potential upside of 150% based on performance during internship period.
