Job Description
Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (BERC) invites application for the position Consultant
No. of Post —1 (One)
Consolidated pay shall be fixed separately as per provision in this respect.
Essential Educational Qualification & Qualifying Service:
i) Bachelors degree in Law from a recognized University.
ii) At least minimum five years of legal work experience out of which minimum 2 (two) years Legal work experience in an Electricity Regulatory Commission.
Desirable Qualification & Experience:
i) Good knowledge of Law, Electricity Act, 2003 and rules & regulations made there under and consumer affairs.
ii) Good communication & drafting stills of legal matters.
Age Limit: Minimum age limit for appointment will be as per State Govt. norms.
