Person Specification :-

Prior Front facing Call Centre/In house contact centre experience
Adept in customer interaction and exception handling
Should have proper diction and command on English language
Preferred - Candidates who have handled customer queries and complaints for products
0-4 yrs of work experience
Able to work in a challenging environment
