Responsibilities:-

- Prior Front facing Call Centre/In house contact centre experience
- Adept in customer interaction and exception handling
- Should have proper diction and command on English language
- Preferred - Candidates who have handled customer queries and complaints for products
- 0-4 yrs of work experience
- Able to work in a challenging environment
