Job Description
Job Title: Content Creator and Video Maker
Location: Remote / On-site (as per content requirement – preferably in Himachal/Uttarakhand regions)
Type: Part-Time / Freelance / Monthly Retainer
Salary: Fixed monthly package (based on skillset & experience)
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator and Video Maker who can consistently produce high-quality video content and Instagram reels that visually capture the beauty, story, and innovation of Sopta Farms.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit 5–6 high-quality Instagram reels or short videos every month.
- Capture engaging visuals of farm activities, apple orchards, harvesting, farm lifestyle, team, and events.
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, music, and visual formats to keep content fresh and viral-friendly.
- Ensure that all content aligns with Sopta Farms’ brand aesthetic and tone.
- Occasionally visit the farm (if required) to shoot original content (travel support can be arranged).
- Deliver content within deadlines and collaborate with the team for feedback and revisions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in creating reels/videos for Instagram or similar platforms.
- Skills in video shooting and editing (mobile or DSLR; must be confident with editing apps like InShot, CapCut, Adobe Rush, etc.).
- Creative storytelling ability and eye for aesthetics.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and content performance.
- Passion or interest in agriculture, nature, or farm-based content is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and proactively suggest new ideas for content.
