Location: Worli Mumbai
Working Days – Mon to Sat
Shift times : 9AM to 6 PM & 11AM to 8 PM
Interview Process
- 1st round telephonic
- 2nd round F2F with Written test
- 3rd round client round
- Responsible for update/Edit and refine the content for Telecom Products on the Knowledge Management portal for our Client.
- Person will work on adding content on relevant sections of the Knowledge Portal.
- Peron should have excellent English communication silks (Oral and written) and attention to detail.
- Person should have skills– (Update the content in the existing documents.)
- Team player and quick learner.
- 6 day working (Monday to Saturday)
- Should work under pressure and would need to stretch the shift timing on demand.
- Time Management
- Knowledge of MS office – Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
