Responsibilities include:
1. Research and understand various themes to create question banks
2. Analyze the content requirements
3. Hire subject matter experts with different skills
4. Eliminate redundancies in the content
5. Communicate and coordinate with internal and external teams
6. Manage a pool of subject matter experts and resolve their doubts, offer feedback and build team morale
7. Coordinate with other teams and proactively manage communication and deadlines
8. Contribute to new strategies to help the team
