Job Description
1. Create original content after conducting industry research
2. Produce compelling headlines and body copy for blogs and emails that will capture the attention of the target audience
3. Identify customers' needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
4. Write compelling monthly internal and client-facing company newsletters
5. Grow our email list organically
6. Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of our email sends
7. Create successful email campaigns for the webinar marketing
8. Develop related content for multiple channels with SEO optimized articles on various platforms such as websites, email marketing, and social media
9. Manage various prospect, nurturing and upsell email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends
10. Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email
