Job Description
- Very Urgent Requirement For Continental Chef / Cuisine In Hyderabad Location.Assist the Chef de partie.
- Should be expert in their cuisine (Continental).
- Work on food trial for menu changes enabling and adherence of the principles and work practices detailed under HACCP System in the department viz.,Food Safety, Hygiene etc..
- Techniques in quantity food production and dispensing. Some experience in flight kitchen or banquet style kitchen is desired.
- Specialized knowledge: Continental dishes , Mexican.
- Skills:Culinary skills thorough knowledge of different cuisines, cooking style.
