Job Description

Plan and execute the menu, including selecting recipes, preparing ingredients, and cooking dishes to perfection.

Prepare a wide range of Chinese dishes, including appetizers, soups, entrees, and desserts, while adhering to established recipes and standards.

Ensure that all food items are cooked and presented according to our restaurant's quality and presentation guidelines.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients, utensils, and equipment.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the management team.

Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure adherence to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.

Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and special promotions to attract and retain customers.

Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations, including proper handling and storage of food, and regular cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen surfaces and equipment.
