Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Automation Engineer with knowledge in PLC programming and industrial communication systems. The candidate will be responsible for programming, testing, and commissioning automation systems, ensuring smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot programs for Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Delta PLCs.
• Perform VFD setup, configuration, and commissioning.
• Set up and maintain industrial communication protocols such as PROFINET and EtherNet/IP.
• Interpret and work with electrical drawings, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams.
• Support in HMI/SCADA configuration and integration with PLC systems.
• Provide on-site commissioning, testing, and customer support.
• Coordinate with design, electrical, and mechanical teams to ensure project completion.
Desired Skills & Knowledge
• Strong fundamentals in PLC logic development and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience or project exposure with Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Delta PLCs.
• Understanding of industrial networking (PROFINET, Modbus, Ethernet/IP).
• Knowledge of control panel wiring and electrical circuit design.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
Qualification
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
