Coordination/Secretary
Job Description
1. Work on excellent coordination with the suppliers and customers when it's required for commercial purposes
2. Work on end-to-end general administration support to the suppliers and customers like paperwork, invoices, etc.
3. Maintain general company record systems to uphold accurate files
4. Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
5. Respond to queries in person, via telephone, or by email
6. Prepare sales contracts, perform invoices, and do commercial documentation with suppliers
7. Develop and implement business procedures
8. Compose letters, memos, and emails
9. Screen documents, book, set up calls, and take messages and emails

2. can start the internship between 11th Jun'22 and 16th Jul'22
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Must be a graduate (any)
2. Must be fluent in English
3. Pleasant personality
4. Smart & self-driven
5. Knowledge of specific software programs, including Word, Excel, Tally
6. Experience maintaining and prioritizing a manager's calendar
7. 0 to 1 year of relevant experience working as a coordinator or secretary
8. Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and data processing is preferred
9. Well-versed with follow-ups on the payment before the deadlines dates, reminders, meeting deadlines, updates, etc.
10. Friendly and professional demeanor
11. Excellent interpersonal skills
12. Able to travel Pan India and internationally
13. Able to work independently
14. Diploma or relevant certificate (preferred)
It's a full-time permanent work from home internship.
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
