Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualizing and designing activities under this initiative to provide a platform for publication, diffusion and exchange of Asian perspectives on global issues.
  
• This includes organizing periodic events, symposia and conferences (virtual and physical). It would also involve helping NU in building a digital platform for TALF, a blog and other such mediums for disseminating knowledge and exchanging ideas
  
• Strategic thinking and institution building through liaising and further building on the network of thought leaders, youth and institutions to set up a forum for dialogue between Asians.
  
• This involves liaising with international and national agencies, involved or interested in this area to expand the network of like- minded institutions
  
• Liaising with the members of the NU community.
  
• This involves communicating with the TALF Leadership Council. It also involves engaging the student and faculty community of NIIT University on the other, to take cognisance of their rich and diverse, cultural and historical legacies.
  
• Managing all operations of the forum.
  
• These would involve everything from an upkeep of a dedicated website and a database of TALF members and associates, to drafting of communications to be sent out
  

Requirements:

• Ability to organize and execute projects
  
• Strong writing and communicating skills
  
• Being comfortable with uncertainties of an intrapreneurial organization that one is building actively involved in building
  
• Keen interest in the issue of a quest for identity for Asian youngsters
  
• Ability to motivate and engage different stakeholders, from students to board members
