Position Summary

The Coordinator, Transfer Pricing will be a member of the Global Tax team of a preeminent global strategic management consulting firm and will assist the India based global transfer pricing team in all aspects of the global intercompany pricing arrangements between Bain related business entities to ensure compliance with OECD guidelines and local statutory requirements. The person will also be responsible for support in implementation of BEPS Action plan related compliance from a Transfer Pricing standpoint.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Assist in preparing/reviewing the global annual transfer pricing calculation including analysis of costs, invoicing and documentation of all procedural steps.
• Assist in ensuring complete file documentation for the global annual transfer pricing calculation and updating the model for required changes.
• Assist in preparing supporting schedules of intercompany charges for tax return compliance disclosure and transfer pricing studies for Bain group entities globally.
• Responsible for summarizing and compiling data for completion of BEPS action plan related documentation and compliance for assigned countries.
• Assist in summarizing and compiling data for responses to audit information requests from tax authorities and other transfer pricing support as needed.
• Day-to-day activities include analysis and documentation of cross border transactions and verification of proper recording of transactions in the financial records.
• Conduct tax research based on web tools and or case law jurisprudence
• Perform administrative and analytical work as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

The position requires an enthusiastic team player who is self-motived and has the ability to work both independently and as part of a team:

• CPA/CA, Full Time MBA (Finance), MA (Economics) from a reputed University/Business School in India/Abroad;
• At least 3 years of Transfer Pricing experience with proven knowledge in OECD transfer pricing methodologies is required either in an industry role or as a member of one of the TP consulting firms.
• Experience in managing BEPS compliance from a TP perspective;
• Experience in Global Transfer Pricing policy, documentation and audit support of global jurisdictions will be preferred;
• Excellent MS Excel Skill with ability to handle complex data problems;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral; and
• Willingness to work in flexible work schedules based on Global Time-Zone requirements
