  • Maintaining client relations. 
  • Problem-Solving and Analysis:
  • Identifying potential problems and developing solutions. 
  • Analyzing data and trends to improve processes. 
  • Evaluating performance and making recommendations. 
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and preparing reports. 
  • May include tasks like placing phone calls, arranging travel, and conferencing with clients. 
  • Event/Project Management (depending on the specific role):
  • Coordinating events, logistics, and transportation. 
  • Managing projects from start to finish. 
  • Ensuring all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement. 
  • Other Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring deliveries.
